Holidays are made for relax: after a day swimming at the sea or in the pool, exploring Tuscany countryside, nothing is easier than have dinner at our hotel restaurant! The restaurant of Hotel I Ginepri overlooks the sea and our garden thanks to large windows; if you prefer a more intimate atmosphere the inner room is the place you’re looking for.
Our restaurant is opened also if you are not a guest at Hotel I Ginepri. We know that some people are reluctant to eat at hotel’s restaurants, but we guarantee you won’t regret your choice by visiting our restaurant in Tuscany. First off we aim to offer high quality cuisine to reasonable prices for all.
The restaurant of Hotel I Ginepri is a family run restaurant that we manage in person. Therefore, we know, and taste, every single recipe we prepare in our kitchen.
Since the 80s when we’ve started our business we’ve improved our capabilities by learning new techniques and studying quite a lot. Therefore, we’ve learned to mix up our traditional cuisine with innovative techniques in our menus.
Our cuisine follow the seasons: in our menu you find only seasonal products coming from the surroundings. In addition, we’re proud to say that the extra virgin olive oil used in our restaurant comes from our farm, located not too far from Hotel I Ginepri.
We select local producers and farmers that we know in person; in our menu you always find a special dish of the day inspired by what we find at the local market in the morning, including fresh fish. We aim to prepare simple, genuine and tasty recipes, that are strongly related to Tuscany food tradition and are mixed with innovative techniques. Innovation and a touch of originality always match our customers’ tastes, as well as food trends. In our restaurant we also pay a lot of attention to our customers’ health by serving gluten-free food, vegetarian and vegan recipes, as well as lactose-free dishes.
In Summer, we organize special dinners under the stars: every dinner has a different theme, generally a fish menu, paired with local wines, one for each dish. In addition the candles are lighted up, the music is soft and the atmosphere is extremely romantic.
