A meal at Hotel i Ginepri restaurant is a real gastronomic experience.
The kitchen offers two options:
– The daily menu, always different for the guests staying at the hotel
– the menu à la carte for external guests
Our cuisine is a contemporary reinterpretation of the Tuscan and Mediterranean tradition done in a new, lighter, and more innovative way, where genuine flavors and simple ingredients are perfectly combined in timeless dishes. Daily-fished fish is our specialty, but we also offer meat and vegetables, as well as homemade pasta, ravioli, gnocchi and a few types of bread. Originality and taste are the essentials of our cuisine. The sweets and desserts are prepared by our pastry chefs, the ice creams and sorbets come from our artisan ice cream parlour.
The dining rooms
Directly facing the sea and the garden, our restaurants’ dining room is spacious and full of light. Its large windows allow for the enjoyment of the surrounding environment and its colors, from the blue of the sea to the green of the Mediterranean plants.
The contemporary furnishings are both refined and elegant which make the space a suitable setting for beach weddings and banquets.

The daily Menu
Come on in and take a seat in our restaurant, which has a direct view of the coastline and the garden. It is a large and bright space with large windows that let in the blue of the sea and the green of the Mediterranean plants.
The daily menu that we offer to guests who stay in half-board or full-board is very varied and includes a selection of fish, meat and vegetarian dishes. The daily menu is always available from early morning for consultation, so that guests can see what is planned for the next meals. The dishes change every day, guaranteeing a varied and balanced menu.
If you have special needs, we recommend notifying it in advance so that we can meet any request without any extra cost.
When you dine at the restaurant you can pick what you want from the daily specials, always choosing from:

✔ 2 side dishes
✔ fruit and dessert
In the same room we also serve breakfast and lunch, for which we propose two first courses, a cold course, and a dessert.
Children menus
Infant
For our little guests, we cook soups, purees, vegetable broths, smoothies and any other baby food prepared according to the instructions provided by parents. Upon arrival at the hotel, you can speak directly to the chef to agree on the children’s meals and possibly special times.
Baby
Older children can freely choose from the daily menu at mealtime or request the Children’s Menu in the morning during breakfast. In this case, the variations will not be charged as an extra.
À la carte menu
The à la carte menu is served outdoors, under the centuries-old junipers in our garden, but in case of bad weather or on request, dinner is served indoors in our room overlooking the sea.
Eating à la carte means choosing freely from the selection of dishes on the menu or ask for the chef’s advice. The menu changes according to the season to serve you what nature offers in the healthiest and most genuine way.
Reservation is strongly recommended, especially in high season.
Special diets
In our restaurant, celiacs, vegetarians, vegans and lactose intolerant people will find dishes prepared with creativity and attention to the appropriate standards and procedures.
