Hotel i Ginepri is ready to welcome you thanks to a special safety program that will guarantee you a stress-free holiday.
We are now very pleased to announce that we’re going to re-open soon! We’re missing you, and we sincerely love our job! Furthermore, we don’t have yet an official opening date ,so please stay tuned.
A safe re-opening
The recent measures by the Italian Government let us safely reopen following all the rules of social-distancing to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
Your safety, together with the hotel’s staff safety, is our first commitment, therefore we would like to highlight our safety program that includes strict cleaning and sanitization measures in all the hotel’s areas.
Air is fresh and healthy, there are plenty of green spaces where you can safely spend your time.
The safety measures at Hotel i Ginepri
We’re focusing on safety, care, sanitization, and social-distance, putting even more effort into high-standard cleaning routines by using only certified products. We’re sure that you’re going to share our safety program by maintaining the social-distance: please, bring your good habits on holidays.
Likewise, we ask you to follow these simple rules:
- Wear your mask, it’s mandatory in Italy, especially when you cannot respect the social-distance;
- Children are asked to respect social-distancing too by avoiding gathering together with other children;
- Wash your hands frequently ;
- Cover your mouth and nose when you cough or sneeze;
- If you have flu symptoms and/or cough, tell us as soon as possible.
If we all respect these simple rules, your holidays in Tuscany will be safe and relaxing.
Here below we are going to illustrate all the safety measures we adopted so that you can have a safe holiday at Hotel i Ginepri.
Sanitization
A strict cleaning program has always been part of our hotel’s procedures that now have been intensified. All common areas and rooms are sanitized repeatedly by our staff using only certified cleaning products and wearing protections (masks and gloves).
Guests can bring their own pillow to sleep, as well as a pen to sign documents.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in and check-out are even faster now so that you don’t have to stay too long in the common areas. A few days before your arrival date we’ll get in touch with you to ask for your passport, so when you arrive you just need to sign papers, and we give you the key to your room. Check-out will be done before your departure date by appointment. You can always call us from your room to ask for information and help. Check-in can be delayed.
Meals
Meals are served at the table and tables are arranged so that the seats guarantee the interpersonal distancing of at least 1 meter of separation between the customers, both inside and outside. Lunch and dinner are going to be different from the past since they were created for a different kind of service.
Breakfast is no longer served as a buffet breakfast, and you can decide to have it outside or in your room, with no extra charge; the breakfast menu still offers a variety of salty and sweet food that you can order 
Outdoor facilities
On the beach, we guarantee the interpersonal distancing between every umbrella that we set in 10 square meters for every guest in order to provide you more privacy and social-distance. Umbrella, sunbeds, and chairs are sanitized every day and for every single client.
The common areas in the garden are free to use, but we kindly ask you to avoid gathering. Tables are arranged to guarantee interpersonal distancing; please sanitize your hands before taking a seat. Tables will be sanitized repeatedly by our staff.
We have a fixed quota for the swimming pool in order to avoid crowds, so please be patient while waiting your turn.
Children’s entertainment might be not available.
The gym is not available.
