Comics and Fun in Marina di Castagneto Carducci with Un mare di Comics
Some editions of this colorful and funny fair dedicated to the world of comics and cosplayers took place in Marina di Castagneto in June. We hope next summer a new edition happening just a few kilometers from our hotel in the Etruscan Coast. Un Mare di Comics is the fair in the Etruscan Coast dedicated to anime and manga, cartoons and tv-series, comic books and video games. It’s not just for fans, because it has a rich calendar of activities, cosplayers’ parades, famous sketchers and writers, a dedicated market fair, and workshops for children and grownups. Bolgheri Festival
This is one of the most appreciated Summer events of the Etruscan Coast thanks to the live performances of famous Italian and International artists. The stage for concerts and live shows is located in Via di Marina in Marina di Castagneto Carducci. Wine under the stars in Castagneto Carducci on August 2019
Every year in the night of the falling stars, entitled to Saint Lawrence, in Italy we celebrate it by drinking wine under the stars! The event is called “Calici di Stelle”, literally wine glasses full of stars, and happens every year on August.During the event local wineries in Bolgheri and Castagneto Carducci open their cellars for wine tastings, guided tours, local food and good music. This means that you may drive along the Strada del Vino e dell’Olio Costa degli Etruschi and stop by almost every winery and farmhouse to taste their products. In addition the lovely Castagneto Carducci hosts a food and wine market where you can buy and taste local specialties together with the best wines of Tuscany and of the Etruscan Coast.
Sognambula Festival in Castagneto Carducci
This is a very unique and charming event, that turns the center of Castagneto Carducci into a magic place. Sognambula is the festival of street performers of every kind, coming from all around the world to perform in the streets of Castagneto.For 3 days at the end of August the town of Castagneto Carducci becomes the stage of one-man bands, jugglers, acrobats, clowns, street musicians, marching bands, fire eaters and many others. Bolgheri Jazz Festival in September
Summer ends with the notes of the musicians playing in the romantic nights of Bolgheri. This is the Bolgheri Jazz Festival that combines jazz music with wine tastings in the main square of this little gem of Tuscany.
