PRICES NOTES and HOUSE RULES
Prices include 10% VAT and are per person per day. Half Board and Full Board include: private beach with sun-umbrella , chair and bed-beach from 1/05 to 15/10, swimming-pool, WiFi, gym, solarium, private parking at mt. 400 from the Hotel. Prices don’t include:drinks, private dress cabinet on beach, telephone, minibar , Tourist Taxes and other services not mentioned above.Daily events and entertainment for children from June to the end of August are free.
Check-in time is by 13.00 a.m \ Check-Out time is before 10.00 a.m.

CANCELLATION POLICIES **
Please note that in the event of cancellation we reserve to apply the conditions detailed below:Free cancellation until 14 days before your check in date and the required hotel deposit 20% of the cost of your stay will be refunded in full; after 13th day to check in date the amount of the hotel deposit may be due as cancellation penalty.

BOOKING GUIDE:
If, after received the information and quotation, you would like to book, is necessary to do a written request via e-mail or fax. According to the effective availability at that time, we’ll send the final voucher with all the details of the stay and the request of a deposit (20% of the total amount). The booking is finalized at the reception of the money, within 10 days from the request. We also request the copy of the payment. We’ll contact you in few days to confirm the entrance of the money.
